OUR TEAM

Gary Napoli - President

Gary is a seasoned aviation professional whose career bridges the cutting edge of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV’s) to the demands of private and government aviation. Gary’s journey began with a degree from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, and has evolved through roles ranging from Airline Technician, Director of Maintenance, Lead Mechanical Engineer on global military deployments, to President of ECHELON.

Gary spent nearly a decade with General Atomics-ASI, where he oversaw critical maintenance for MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper UAV’s under government contract, managing maintenance and operations in high-stakes remote environments across the globe.

Gary's technical knowledge comes not only from education but real-world deployments, with his experience expanding beyond UAV’s to all powerplants and aircraft such as rotorcraft, turbines, and jet propulsion. Gary also held corporate positions with the LightShip Group and US Airways (Piedmont) and obtained his A&P, Rotorcraft, and FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) regulatory credentials.

Gary is also actively pursuing his Private Pilot License, bringing a pilot’s perspective to every wrench he turns, with his blend of technical depth and multi-section aviation insight positions him uniquely at the helm of ECHELON HORIZON.

Whether it’s servicing multi-million-dollar aircraft, top-secret governmental UAV systems, or turboprop fleets for flight schools, Gary’s experience speaks for itself to a higher ECHELON of service.
